Where should the local budget be cut?

Am I missing something? Donald John Macsween, the Labour Candidate castigates the SNP for its proposal to cut the number of Comhairle Directors from 5 to 3 and the Heads of Services from 20 to 12. Is this not a good idea?

If cuts have to be made are we to take it from his column in Am Pàipear that Councillor Macsween is more concerned with keeping these highly paid positions than seeing the money going to front line services?

How far have Labour departed from their roots.
